How it Began
We created the Find Network to run alongside the Find Foundation’s (www.findfoundation.org.au) community papers that currently operate in Maroondah and Geelong.
We soon realised that other small businesses were also keen to support our Find Community Papers and wanted to join a network group that referred business to each other but also had a real focus on supporting the local community as well.
As such, we have decided to allow business owners to express interest to join a networking group now rather than waiting to establish a community paper first.
We have also created an APP called the Find Network that business owners can download from Google Play and the APP Store. Members will be placed on the App and can start referring to each other after expressing interest to join a region.
Business owners will be placed on this website and on the APP initially for Free. When we get enough business network members listed in a specific region, we will invite them to become paid members and in doing so, we will establish a Find Community Paper in their given region.
We are now looking for Facilitators in each region who would like to run the Find Network and manage the Find Community Paper – don’t worry, we will give you support staff to do most of the work on your behalf. A facilitator will be paid a percentage of all revenue that is generated in their region through memberships, advertising, and fundraising events.

Founder / Managing Director
Warren Strybosch wanted to make a difference in his local community. He established the Find Network to support local business owners to come together, refer to each another, but with focus on supporting community. The Find Network runs alongside the Find Foundation which produces community papers and the Find Cards initiative which aims to raise much needed funds for the Find Foundation, other NFPs, schools, clubs, and similar organisations, in the region where the Find Network members work and live.
Referrals and community
Our network group is outward focused. We come together as business owners to not only refer to each other but to support our local not-for-profits, schools, sporting clubs, etc, in the area where we work and live.
Support and Opportunities
A place where everyone can come together. Centred around the community paper where Find Network members can contribute free articles and advertise. To also enable FREE advertising to NFPs, schools, clubs, etc and provide a place where they can tell their story.
