The key thing that makes a good lawyer, to me, is being able to identify what people need, and understanding what outcomes are going to be best. My experience ranges from very large corporations and government entities down to individuals who just want a Will, or to buy a house, and I enjoy assisting regardless of the type of transaction. I had some legal issues myself many years before I came to law and found that dealing with lawyers was like talking another language and I admit I didn’t really understand what was going on, so I use my experience in many industries before law to be able to get the right outcome without getting caught up in the communication. This is why I label myself a lawyer without jargon. I aim to provide solutions in terms of agreements and outcomes through negotiating disputed issues and, where necessary, litigation.
If you have an outcome you need and you can’t make progress in what should otherwise be a relatively simple transaction, please get in touch. I don’t charge for an initial discussion about your matter.
